Position Summary
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our Mortgage Operations team. This is a hybrid-based position with a minimum of 2 days in the Van Nuys office required, supporting all facets of day-to-day operations and/or projects within the Mortgage Operations department.
This position collaborates with the Mortgage Originations Team and the broader associate population to support a wide range of projects and initiatives on streamlining processes and providing exceptional service to all associates.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience providing management team support in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a Mortgage Loan Servicing department, or commensurate work experience, is preferred.
Education and Certificates/Licenses
A minimum education of high school diploma or GED

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a fast-paced and changing environment

Working understanding of Mortgage Servicing principles, practices and procedures is preferred

This position involves primarily non-manual labor. Reliable, predictable, on-time attendance is essential, particularly to assure duties are fulfilled. The associate will spend most of the working time sitting, standing or walking, including significant time using computers. Position requires repetitive hand movements, the daily ability to focus on several tasks at one time, analyze data and draw conclusions, quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations, analyze and explain complex information, communicate frequently with others in person, over the phone, via electronic communications, and in group presentations. The associate must be able to travel regularly among the branches supervised. The position may include occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
