Tu misión sería la contribución al éxito del negocio con operaciones eficientes y eficaces, y presta especial atención a no generar costes y a aprovechar al máximo el beneficio de los productos, que no se pueden vender a través de los canales normales.

Emprender las acciones necesarias para dar una segunda oportunidad a los productos: montar o reempaquetar.

Exponer los productos IKEA en Oportunidades con un fuerte sentido comercial, para vender dichos productos con orgullo; establece precios significativos que atraigan a los clientes y generen los mejores resultados para la tienda al mismo tiempo.

Apoyar el trabajo sobre calidad en la tienda para mejorar constantemente la percepción del cliente de los productos IKEA.

Tener siempre en cuenta el impacto en sostenibilidad, cuando decide cuándo y cómo recuperar productos.
