The Monitoring Delivery Operations Process Engineer is an accomplished Process Design and Engineering expert & practitioner with proven relevant practical experience and innovative thinking, who manages the services delivery process mapping, design and validation for commercial opportunities as well as internal HP-on-HP services.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Manage services process libraries

• Develop new process content for commercial opportunities to be delivered by the Monitoring Delivery Operations organization

• Manage BMS process libraries

• Manage stakeholder relationships and interactions internally and externally

• Manage Continuous Process Improvement initiatives as projects for positive business impact

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

• Collect requirements and create user stories for new service design

• Manage capabilities enablement to support commercial customers and processes

• Support the process design for new service capabilities

• Prepare, validate and maintain process documentation for a funnel of commercial deals

• Maintain BMS process libraries

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• Typically 5+ years of established and proven track record in Service Management and/or Business Planning functions

• Bachelor/Master educational degree in one of the following areas: business planning / management, operational management

Other requirements:

• Fluent English

• Other foreign languages knowledge would be an asset

• Experience in virtual team environment

• Process thinking

• Data analytics skills and ability for data-driven problem solving and decision making

• Experience in multiple functions (e.g. business, sales, marketing) is an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Customer-centric approach

• Ready to work in global environment

• Ability to introduce structure in complex environments

• Positive can-do attitude, innovative thinking

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):

• HP Delivery end-to-end process expertise, including delivery functions & roles understanding with focus on Service Supply Chain processes

• Lean Six Sigma certification (at least a Yellow Belt)

• Agile knowledge and certification is a strong plus   

• Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage

• Experience with MS Core Suite and Visio

• Project Management experience, especially with Implementation and (Continuous) process improvement projects

• Experience with commercial deals as Account Manager, Delivery Assurance Manager and/or Transition Manager is a strong advantage

• Service management (e.g. ITIL) practical experience, ITIL Foundation certification, higher ITIL certification levels are a strong advantage
