is looking for a Host/Hostess to join our team in Monasty, Thessaloniki Autograph Collection.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and seating guests with courtesy and professionalism
• Managing reservations and handling telephone communication
• Coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
• Maintaining the appearance of the entrance and reception area

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a host/hostess in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or a similar high-end establishment is preferred,
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with and assist guests in a polished and friendly manner,
• Poised and professional behavior,
• A strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to provide guests with an exceptional and memorable experience,
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle seating arrangements, waiting lists, and special requests efficiently,
