Deine Mission bei Foodji

• Betrieb und Support unserer IT-Landschaft – sowohl vor Ort als auch remote

• 1st & 2nd Level Support für Windows-, macOS- und Microsoft-Systeme

• Verwaltung von Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot & Apple Business Manager (MDM mit für Windows, macOS & iOS)

• Umsetzung und Monitoring von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (SSO, VPN, MFA, Conditional Access etc.)

• Betreuung unserer Microsoft Teams-Räume (Logitech, Android-basiert)

• Softwareverteilung & Automatisierung (Intune, Powershell)

• Betrieb des Office Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Internet, WiFi)

• Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen
