As our new Presales Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the presales team by driving strategic conversations around Modern Work and acting as an interface between business and technology. You will identify and develop business opportunities for our Modern Work services, collaborate with Solution Specialists and Account Managers to engage with customers, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements.

Key responsibilities will include 

• Engaging in presales by identifying customer needs, supporting proposition drawing, collaborating with Crayon Cloud Services team to propose and deliver tailored solutions to customers within the Cloud Adoption Framework

• Driving collaboration with the Sales and Delivery team, supporting sales by identifying opportunities and initiating first conversations with customers

• Evaluating cloud migration efforts and guiding customers in assessing the impact of cloud migration initiatives

• Solution-selling, aligning services to customer needs and delivering value which includes presenting customized solutions and creating proposals

• Developing a strong understanding of cloud computer concepts, architectures and the technical features of our services

Your Competencies  

• Experience in presales in a similar role

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace security (Defender, Purview etc.)

• Hold at least two of the following certifications: MS-900, SC-900, SC-200, SC-300, MS-102

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT experience
