Junior Modeling / Texturing Artist
Job Overview
As a Junior Modeling and Texturing Artist, you will play a key role in creating high-quality 3D models and textures for characters, props, and environments, aligning with project requirements. Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D models and textures for characters, props, and environments based on project requirements.
Collaborate with senior artists to learn and refine modeling techniques and best practices.
Learn to create textures that complement the visual style of 3D models.
Apply textures to models under the guidance of senior artists, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Review and revise work based on feedback from senior artists to meet project specifications and quality standards.
Participate in regular team critiques to enhance skills and maintain a high level of quality.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and requirements.
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to the artistic vision of the project.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in 3D modeling and texturing.

Qualifications
Must be proficient in relevant software including Maya,Photoshop, Substance Painter and Zbrush
Experience with Arnold, Bifrost, Mari a big plus
Good understanding of topology and UV creation
Assist with R & D development for new assets
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Intermediate Modeling / Texturing Artist

The wage range for this role reflects compensation across all of ICON’s projects. The final salary will be determined based on the specific position, the current show assignment, and the applicant’s experience and portfolio. This range accounts for varying levels of experience and responsibilities.
