As our new Mobility & Travel Operations Admin (m/f/d), you will step into a highly visible and cross-functional role at SIXT, acting as the central link between Car Control, Payroll, Travel Management, and our employees in Germany from our growing Lisbon hub. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys operational responsibility, excels at coordinating across departments, and wants to help shape how SIXT organizes mobility for its employees. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You act as the primary communication interface between Car Control (Company Cars) and employees across Germany

• You manage SIXT+ benefit contracts, including renewals and resolving partner or employee issues

• You oversee DKV fuel card invoice handling, including data checks and accuracy controls

• You ensure all relevant mobility data transfers accurately and on time to Payroll while maintaining audit-ready documentation

• You support the Travel Management team where mobility processes intersect with travel policies and employee communication

• You collaborate with teams in Germany and Lisbon to identify optimization opportunities and standardize workflows

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You have background in mobility/fleet management, travel management, HR operations, or payroll-related interfaces

• Communication: You possess strong communication skills and service orientation with confidence in stakeholder management

• Organization: You demonstrate structured work style with high accuracy and expertise in handling sensitive data

• Cross-functional: You excel at working across departments and managing different stakeholders effectively

• Languages: You have professional fluency in German (Mandatory) and strong English communication skills

• Process improvement: You identify optimization opportunities and maintain high-quality data flows across departments
