Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Mobilisation Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding activities for blue-collar workforce deployment. This role is responsible for ensuring all pre-employment and mobilisation requirements are completed accurately and on time.
You will play a key role in coordinating high-volume onboarding, managing compliance requirements such as licenses, certifications, and tickets, and supporting end-to-end workforce administration. This is ideal for someone with experience in crewing, construction, or industrial environments, who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate mobilisation and onboarding requirements for candidates and projects
Follow up on required tickets, licenses, certifications, and qualifications to ensure compliance
Manage candidate records and maintain accurate tracking of onboarding progress
Coordinate pre-employment requirements including medical bookings, training schedules, and documentation
Support high-volume onboarding and workforce administration processes
Liaise with candidates, recruiters, and clients to ensure timely completion of requirements
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and compliance records
Assist in administrative and coordination tasks related to recruitment and mobilisation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, mobilisation, crewing, or administrative roles
Experience in the construction, mining, or industrial sector (blue-collar environment) is highly preferred
Proven experience handling licenses, certifications, tickets, and compliance requirements
Experienced administrative professional in high-volume onboarding and workforce coordination
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and recruitment/HR systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Must be willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, morning shift).
