Mobile QA Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and open-minded QA Engineer with a background in mobile application testing. You will ensure that testing of mobile applications and our cross platform apps runs smoothly. The QA Engineer is responsible for developing and executing test scenarios, conducting regression and functional testing, as well as automating test processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute functional, regression, integration, A/B testing

• Analyze, develop, implement, and support the testing process for new and existing products as required

• Plan, evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate testing with the QA team and leader

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain tasks, test cases, use cases, user cases, and create test reports

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure that all defined requirements are met in the developed product

• Identify, describe, prioritize bugs, and communicate with developers/products to fix them

• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies, testing methods, and tools

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of testing methodologies

• Experience in mobile app testing (iOS, Android)

• Understanding of creating test cases using test design techniques

• Ability to use test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)

• Experience with API testing tools(Postman)

• Experience in using Git

• Experience with using traffic sniffers in testing (Proxyman, Charles, Fiddler)

• Ability to create test documentation (test plans, test cases)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Python, Java for writing auto tests

• Experience testing mobile platforms (iOS, Android) using Appium or similar tools
