We're looking for a Senior Mobile & Full Stack Engineer with deep React Native expertise who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. React Native is at the core of our product. You'll own the mobile experience end to end, while also contributing across the full stack to architect scalable features, ensure data integrity, and deliver a performant user experience.

What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)

Lead the development of our React Native mobile app, owning architecture, performance, and code quality
Design, develop, and deploy features across the full stack, frontend and backend
Build and refine offline-first capabilities to support field operations in low-connectivity environments
Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability
Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM
Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards
Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment to ship high-impact features

Requirements

Deep expertise in React and React Native, with strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI
Solid background in Node.js and Express.js
Proven experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs, preferably Drizzle ORM
Ability to architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs
Knowledge of web security best practices, Helmet, CORS, and JWT
Clear communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Self-driven and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with offline-first strategies and data sync patterns (IndexedDB, etc.)
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
