Locatie: Aviapartner Cargo – Brussels Airport

Op onze Cargo-afdeling rijden dagelijks zo’n 600 toestellen rond (pushback trucks, schaarliften, heftrucks, …). Als Mobile Equipment Officer coördineer je het onderhoud en de wettelijke keuringen van deze volledige vloot en sta je in voor de bijhorende administratie.

Jouw takenpakket

• Coördineren van de opvolging van onderhoud en wettelijke keuringen van de volledige vloot.

• Inplannen en documenteren van regelmatige externe keuringen.

• Coördineren en opvolgen van defecten en problemen tot er een oplossing is.

• Inplannen van herstellingen bij leveranciers en opvolgen van de uitvoering: is de herstelling tijdig afgerond, klopt de factuur, en is het defect effectief verholpen? Hierbij werk je nauw samen met je collega die instaat voor de technische aspecten.

• Organiseren en opvolgen van het onderhoud van de toestellen volgens hetzelfde proces.

• Bewaken van het overzicht en rapporteren van de voortgang aan het management.

• Escaleren naar het management wanneer er zich ernstige problemen voordoen.
