Job Description
Epic Health Partners, LLC is seeking compassionate and motivated QMHP-registered professionals to join our team as Comprehensive Crisis QMPH's. This position includes a blend of in-office responsibilities and field-based services, providing crisis response, community stabilization, and case management support.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct crisis intervention and stabilization services in the community.
Support the completion of initial assessments and assist with the collaborative development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) under the direction of a licensed professional.
Utilize de-escalation techniques and provide basic mental health education to support individual stabilization.
Accurately document all service notes and submit all documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
Ensure all documentation, including required signatures, is uploaded timely and charts remain 100% compliant.
Assist with coordination of care through referrals and discharge planning to connect individuals with appropriate internal and external behavioral health resources.
Provide case management support for individuals enrolled in Mental Health Skill-Building (MHSB) services during periods of lower crisis response activity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Active registration as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
DBHDS Statewide Crisis Training Certification
Minimum of 6 months of experience in crisis services
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Successful background check, Central Registry clearance, and TB screening required
Shift Available:
Full-Time - overnight shift
Compensation:
$40.00 per hour for a 40-hour workweek. Employees must work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including at least 1 hour of in-office work daily.
