Job Description

Mobile Crane Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Crane Service Engineer to join our client’s team. As a key member of their operations, you will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting maintenance and repairs on lorry loaders and associated plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair mobile tower cranes and associated equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Carry out modifications to cranes as required
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
• Experience in maintaining and repairing cranes and associated plant machinery
• Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical systems
• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicles/Plant Machinery or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with digital reporting and the use of tablets for reporting purposes
