• Desktop Support Skills
• Decent  communication skills
• Strong Knowledge in Windows XP and Hardware & trouble shooting & analytical skil
• Sound Knowledge in OS, Troubleshooting skills in client based OS & applications

• Knowledge in Windows server 2003 / 2008
• Basic Knowledge on Network Routers / Switches Experience on Anti-Virus client support
• Client Accessories Configuration Printer, Fax, Wireless Devices, etc
