About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer who can independently build and maintain a complete product-based mobile application. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with modern mobile technologies such as Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or similar frameworks, and be capable of delivering high-quality mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable mobile applications for Android, iOS, or cross-platform environments.
Develop product-based mobile apps using Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Ensure optimal performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
Debug, optimize, and maintain existing mobile applications.
Manage app releases and deployments on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or equivalent mobile technologies.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
Experience working on product-based applications.
Knowledge of Firebase, cloud services, and app analytics.
Understanding of mobile app security and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to enhance efficiency. An ownership mindset and the ability to drive outcomes with minimal task-level direction are essential.
