The Role

You will be the anchor of our regulatory integrity in Ireland. As an experienced MLRO (PCF52), you will take a senior seat in our Irish Compliance function, ensuring our products, services, and operations navigate the Irish regulatory landscape with precision. You aren't just a gatekeeper; you are a strategic partner responsible for our compliance with AML and CFT obligations under Irish law, serving as the primary bridge between LemFi, the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), and FIU Ireland.

How You'll Contribute

• Own the AML/CFT Framework: Lead the implementation of regulatory requirements, ensuring all Irish products and operations comply with the Criminal Justice Acts 2010 to 2021 and CBI Guidelines.

• Designated MLRO Leadership: Take full responsibility for receiving, assessing, and reporting suspicious transactions (STRs) to FIU Ireland and ROS.

• Drive Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the principal point of contact for the CBI and other Irish authorities, managing all notifications, applications, and required reporting.

• Strategy & Reporting: Prepare critical Management Information (MI) and compliance reports for the Irish Board of Directors and Senior Management.

• Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with global compliance counterparts to embed Irish obligations into our global framework while supporting wider group initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 5-7 years of experience in a senior or management compliance role at an Irish-based fintech or financial institution.

• Direct experience and familiarity with regulatory engagement and the Irish/EU regulatory environment.

• Proven track record in mentoring and managing compliance staff.

• Advanced skills in research, analysis, and verbal/written communication.

• Bonus: CAMS certification (or equivalent).
