Your mission:
• Design, maintain, and evolve our custom ML model benchmarking and validation infrastructure to measure correctness, performance, and regressions across compiler releases.
• Validate compiled models using our tools within third-party software stacks to uncover integration issues, edge cases, and performance gaps.
• Collaborate closely with compiler, runtime, and ML engineers to reproduce, diagnose, and root-cause failures across complex software and hardware environments.
• Build scalable test pipelines that cover diverse models, workloads, and hardware targets, enabling rapid iteration on a fast-moving compiler stack.
• Contribute test cases, benchmarks, and tooling that improve robustness, observability, and long-term reliability of our ML compiler platform.
• Own the evolution of our build system and CI/CD infrastructure, ensuring it stays performant, correct, and well-matched to the demands of a rapidly developing compiler project.
Your profile:
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Python, C/C++
• Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, design patterns, and algorithms
• Ambition and curiosity to solve complex problems, a strong mindset to take ownership of your tasks to drive our solutions forwards, and collaborative attitude to foster our culture
• Ownership is taken beyond immediate tasks, with the tools and pipelines the team depends on kept reliable and continuously improved
Nice to haves:
• Experience as a Quality Assurance or Test Engineer
• Experience working compilers particularly with MLIR or LLVM
• Experience with compute frameworks like Vulkan, Cuda, Metal or OpenCL
• Knowledge of AI algorithms, experience with using AI accelerators or compiling to relevant hardware
• Knowledge of data motion networks, data flow programming models, and optimized AI libraries
• Knowledge about hardware architectures of CPUs, GPUs, or NPUs/accelerators is a plus
• Experience with Python
