Position Summary:
As a Project Manager at Dryworx, you will be the frontline leader overseeing emergency service responses, managing restoration projects, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strong combination of fieldwork, customer communication, job oversight, and office collaboration. You will also be responsible for job sales within your designated area, ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency water damage service calls and assess job needs

Sell restoration services and secure signed work authorizations

Manage restoration jobs in your designated area from initiation through completion

Monitor and maintain restoration equipment daily at job sites

Ensure thorough and accurate project documentation, including photos, moisture readings, and job notes

Work closely with office staff to coordinate schedules, updates, and billing documentation

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the job process

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols

Qualifications:

Prior experience in water damage restoration or construction project management preferred

IICRC certification(s) a plus

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (familiar with restoration job management software is a plus)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
