As Mitigation Project Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our mitigation team, helping projects stay organized, customers stay informed, and operations run smoothly.

What does a Mitigation Project Coordinator do?
Support Project Managers and Mitigation teams with day-to-day project coordination
Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
Schedule appointments and project timelines
Maintain accurate project documentation and update job management software
Organize digital and physical project files
Assist with reports, billing documentation, and job closeout paperwork
Answer incoming office phone calls and direct calls professionally
Help cover front desk lunches and breaks as needed
Assist with scheduling, data entry, emails, and other administrative tasks
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance partners as needed
Help ensure projects stay on schedule and internal deadlines are met
Jump in to support the team wherever needed—this is a collaborative environment
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous office, administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred—but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional phone presence
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally
Willing/able to pass a detailed background check
Willing/able to pass a drug screen
Physical & Work Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout the office and occasional job sites
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Job Details
$15–$18/hour
80 hours of paid time off of 90 days of employment
7 paid holidays
