Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to oversee our mitigation department. This role manages field operations, supports Project Managers, ensures compliance with IICRC standards, and drives departmental efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and support mitigation staff and Project Managers.

Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance on all projects.

Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and project documentation.

Serve as the senior contact for customers and insurance adjusters.

Review budgets, job costing, and ensure profitable project completion.

Maintain equipment inventory and enforce safety standards.

Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and drive growth.

Qualifications:

3+ years in water mitigation/restoration; 1+ year in a leadership role.

IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or AMRT) preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Proficiency with restoration software (Albi, Xactimate, or similar).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
