Mitigation Crew Chief – Water - Signing Bonus

$25–$30 per hour | Dallas, TX

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Mitigation Crew Chief to lead water and fire restoration projects in the

Dallas market. This is a field leadership position responsible for running jobs from start to finish, leading

technicians, communicating directly with homeowners and adjusters, and actively performing mitigation

work alongside your crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to completion

• Perform and supervise demolition, drying, moisture mapping, and equipment setup

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters

• Document jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, moisture readings)

• Ensure safety compliance and quality control on every project

• Manage 1–2 technicians per job

• Maintain vehicles, tools, and drying equipment

This role is approximately 60% field production work and 40% customer communication and

documentation.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification (WRT and ASD preferred)

• Proven experience leading a mitigation crew or serving as senior technician

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and active job sites

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication and leadership skills

This is not an entry-level position. Restoration experience is required.
