Responsibilities / Tasks

• Prüfung von Waren, Aufträgen und Embargogeschäften auf exportrechtliche Pflichten

• Beantragung und Überwachung von Ausfuhrgenehmigungen

• Betreuung des Compliance‑Screenings und Entscheidung bei Treffern

• Ermittlung des Warenursprungs und Durchführung von Präferenzkalkulationen

• Verwaltung und Erstellung von Lieferantenerklärungen und Ursprungsdokumenten

• Pflege und Freigaben in SAP für Exportkontrolle und Präferenzkalkulation

• Zolltarifliche Einreihung und Klassifizierung von Materialien

• Mitarbeit an Prozessdokumentation und kontinuierlichen Optimierungen

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau (m/w/d)

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Außenwirtschaftsbereich

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gleichen oder ähnlichen Bereich

• SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert

• MS Office Kenntnisse

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
