• Du betreust Kunden und Techniker am Telefon und unterstützt sie in der Kommunikation mit den Leitstellen.
• Du bearbeitest Alarm- und Störmeldungen und verständigst Rettungsstellen oder Kontaktpersonen.
• Du beantwortest die Anrufe der Kunden, Techniker und Behördenleitstellen.
• Für alle Vorgänge übernimmst Du die Dokumentation der einzelnen Schritte.
• Du steuerst Drohnen auf Anforderung von Feuerwehr, Polizei und anderen Auftraggebern zur Analyse eines Gefahren- und Überwachungsgebietes.
• Du kommunizierst mit den zuständigen Hilfeleistern.

• Persönlichkeit: hilfsbereit, kundenorientiert, einfühlsam und geduldig
• Flexibilität: Schichtbereitschaft 24/7
• Arbeitsweise: zuverlässig, souverän, professionell, teamorientiert und strukturiert
• Erfahrungen und Know-how: Qualifizierung zur NSL-Fachkraft, Sicherheitsfachkraft oder vergleichbares wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
• Sprachen: Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
• Ausbildung: eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
