Ihre Aufgaben

Erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden: Beratung zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen

Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Bestellungen und Reklamationen

Unterstützung bei Neukundengewinnung und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Erfassung von Aufträgen in NetSuite und Salesforce

Koordination von Reparaturen, Versand und Logistik

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung + mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice/Vertrieb

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP- und CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce/NetSuite)

Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Verkaufstalent

Fließende Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Hands-On-Mentalität und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
