Deine Aufgaben als Mitarbeiter in der Produktion (m/w/div) umfassen im Wesentlichen:

• Selbständige Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen in der Serienfertigung unserer Erzeugnisse
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsanforderungen
• Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Sauberkeitsvorschriften
• Durchführung einfacher Unterhaltsarbeiten

• Erfahrungen und Know-how: Erfahrung in der Industrie von Vorteil
• Sprachen: Gute Kommunikation und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch

• Schichtmodell sowie Aufgabengebiet kann je nach Arbeitsplatz variieren (3-Schicht und 4-Schicht)
• Ein kollegialer Umgang in einem familiären Umfeld erwartet dich
• Die Schichtarbeit ermöglicht dir die Vereinbarkeit von Arbeits- und Privatleben
