• Du nimmst Anrufe von Technikern entgegen, um mit diesen gemeinsam bestehende Alarmmeldeanlagen auf das moderne 5G Netz umzustellen
• Du bist zuständig für die Bereitstellung von Informationen aus bestehenden Objektprotokollen und Archiveinträgen.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Anlage und Konfiguration von Meldern in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Techniker.
• Du leistest dem Techniker Hilfestellung bei technischen Herausforderungen innerhalb der Aufschaltungen.
• Du kontrollierst und prüfst alle Aufschaltungen.

• Persönlichkeit: hilfsbereit, kundenorientiert, einfühlsam, geduldig, technikaffin
• Arbeitsweise: zuverlässig, souverän, professionell, teamorientiert, strukturiert
• Erfahrungen und Know-how: Qualifizierung zur NSL-Fachkraft, Sicherheitsfachkraft oder vergleichbares wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
• Sprachen: Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
• Ausbildung: eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
