• Kontinuierliche Erstellung von Fakturen in unserem ERP-System
• Rücksprache mit regionalen Mitarbeitenden zur Sicherstellung der Monatsumsätze
• Klärung evtl. Rechnungsreklamationen
• Monatliche Vier-Augen-Kontrolle von Reisekostenabrechnungen

• Ausbildung: abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
• Erfahrungen und Know-How: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrungen in der Rechnungsstellung und mit Datenbanken sowie ERP-Systemen sind ein Plus
• Qualifikation: serviceorientiertes Handeln, Organisationstalent, Sorgfalt, zeitlich flexibel in Monatsspitzen
• Arbeitsweise: eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten, verantwortungsvolles Auftreten, offene und direkte Kommunikation zeichnen Sie aus

Die Tätigkeit ist in Teilzeit (25 Std./Woche) zu besetzen und soll zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt beginnen.
