• Ansprechpartner für Bestellungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette 
• Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Konfiguration und Anlage von Kundenaufträgen sowie deren Steuerung
• Überprüfen kaufmännischer Sachverhalte (z.B. Rechnungen)
• Koordination von Umrüstungs- und Rücknahmeaktionen
• Überwachung der termin- und kapazitätsgerechten Fahrzeugauslieferungen über die gesamte Prozesskette
• Steuerung der finanziellen Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
• Optimierung, Gestaltung sowie Abstimmung neuer/bestehender Prozesse im eigenen Aufgabengebiet
• Gestaltende Mitarbeit in Projekten
• Erstellen von Auswertungen und Reports in MS Excel

• Studium der BWL bzw. vergleichbarer Abschluss und/oder kfm. Ausbildung wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im Bereich Operations / Auftragssteuerung wünschenswert
• IT-Affinität und prozessorientiertes Denken
• Selbstständiges, gut strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in MS Excel und MS Word
• Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Belastbarkeit und zuverlässiges Arbeiten unter Zeitdruck
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, zusätzliche Kenntnisse
• in einer weiteren Fremdsprache vorteilhaft

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe beträgt für diese Position € 2.727,40. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
