Summary of Position:
A Ministry Apprenticeship is for individuals who sense a calling to vocational ministry and seek to develop ministry skills and gain the experience necessary to grow in their gifts. A Ministry Apprentice serves under the supervision of a Ministry Director and the guidance of a Pastor, and together, they will provide opportunities, feedback, and support to discern future ministry roles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Spiritual Formation Ministry
Assist in implementing strategies for Spiritual Formation.
Help curate spiritual formation resources for all ministry departments.
Collaborate to create discipleship content for adults.
Support Young Adults Ministry
Engage in regular discipleship discussions with YA’s.
Identify formation/discipleship challenges YA’s are facing.
Collaborate w/ YA leaders to develop practical solutions to address current needs/challenges.
Help develop and equip YA leaders for sustained ministry growth.
Ministerial Licensing & Benefits
Apprentices may qualify for housing allowance upon approval of the Echo.Church Ministerial & Licensing Questionnaire, and be willing to perform the ministerial duties listed below.
Ministerial Duties include:
Praying for and giving spiritual advice to others
Leading others to worship by helping them serve with their gifts
Teaching and leading Echo Groups
Sharing the Gospel message with clarity
Performing baptisms, funerals, and serving communion
Officiating wedding ceremonies
