About Our Operate Team: 

Our team comprises a diverse range of employees with various backgrounds, experience levels, and specializations, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals with over 15 years of experience. All are united by a commitment to providing premium support to client sites. Our operations department is pivotal to our business, offering opportunities to be seconded to various sites on a FIFO roster, typically for 3-6 months at a time. 

The Role 

As leaders in Mining Consultancy, we’re seeking Mining Engineers passionate about the industry, committed to producing high-quality work, and dedicated to providing premium services to our clients. We’re specifically looking for Underground Mining Engineers.  

Whether you're a planning expert, a drill and blast engineer, or seeking guidance and mentorship, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Duties Include: 

Mine planning 

Drill and blast design 

Production engineering activities 

Design and scheduling 

Mine project management 

Overseeing operational mining activities 

Client liaison
