About Our Team
Our business model focuses on providing skilled consultants for short- to medium-term roles at client sites. We place professionals with the expertise needed to fill key positions, ensuring our brand is represented with integrity and excellence. With typical 8/6 rosters and contract lengths of 3 to 6 months (with potential for extension), these roles provide a great opportunity to expand and enhance your skill set. As we grow, we’re seeking full-time employees eager to take on a variety of roles and build their expertise across multiple mining operations.

About You
We’re looking for passionate Mining Engineers who are committed to delivering high-quality work and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Whether you’re an expert in mine planning or a drill and blast engineer, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Requirements:

·         Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent

·         At least 2+ years of practical onsite experience in an Underground Mine

·         Full working rights in Australia

·         Experience with mining software (Deswik competency highly regarded)

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         FCMM ticket (highly regarded, but not required)

·         A proactive "can-do" attitude!

Key duties (based on your skill set and role assignment at client sites) may include:

·         Mine planning

·         Drill and blast design

·         Production engineering

·         Design and scheduling

·         Mine project management, including Statutory roles

·         Overseeing operational activities

·         Client liaison

·         HSEQ compliance
