We’re looking for a Cold Email Specialist.

You’ll fully own our cold email engine - both for Million Dollar Author’s internal growth and for client campaigns as part of a new service offering. This role is for someone who thinks system-first, writes strong copy, and can turn outbound into a predictable, scalable revenue channel.

In this role, you will:

📌 Create lead lists in Clay and import leads into Instantly
📌 Purchase domains and configure inbox warm-up
📌 Design cold email messaging based on offer and ICP
📌 Run client onboarding and campaign launches
📌 Monitor campaigns, inbox replies, and deliverability
📌 Respond to positive replies and manage conversations
📌 Test and iterate first-line hooks and messaging
📌 Refresh and rebuild lead lists as volume is consumed
📌 Track replies, positive responses, and booked calls
📌 Monitor client performance and campaign health
📌 Identify risks and underperforming campaigns
📌 Coordinate messaging or targeting adjustments

You’re systematic, analytical, and detail-oriented. You take full ownership, are honest about performance, curious about better ways to do things, and comfortable making complex systems feel simple and professional.

You’ll report to Agos Lupi, Growth & Marketing Manager. She’s deeply involved in scaling outbound systems - and she’s Argentinian 🇦🇷, and brings both energy and precision to everything she works on!

Working hours : This is a full-time role. There will be some hours of core overlap required ideally up until 3pm EST.

Requirements:
Must-haves:

✅ 3-5 years of proven experience running successful cold email outreach campaigns

✅ Experience working with international and US-based businesses in a remote capacity
✅ Strong understanding of email infrastructure and deliverability (domains, DNS, Cloudflare, etc.)
✅ Hands-on experience with Instantly.ai and Clay.com
✅ Strong outbound strategy and messaging design skills
✅ Excellent cold email copywriting skills
✅ Highly organized and able to own processes end-to-end

Brownie points:

⭐ Experience using AI tools to improve outbound performance
⭐ Background working with agencies or outbound-driven businesses
⭐ Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outbound ecosystems
⭐ Experience with tools like Mission Inbox
