Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience with Milling Machines

Willing to work days, nights, or weekends as needed

Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) Must be able to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions

Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license

Must be able to pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities:

Operating the milling machine to remove asphalt to a specific depth, ensuring that the job is done safely and efficiently

Inspect and perform maintenance on milling machines to ensure proper operation

Set-up, adjust controls on milling machine for each specific project to achieve the desired operations for the job

Knowledgeable in reviewing equipment condition and maintenance needs

A strong advocate for promoting and maintaining safe working practices and adherence to company safety standards

Willingness to perform additional projects and duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team
