Delta Solutions & Strategies is actively hiring for a Military Personnel Appropriation Analyst to join our team at Peterson AFB, CO. This position will support S3/6 in the USSF Air Reserve Component (ARC) (includes Reserve and Guard units) Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) management processes.
What you'll be doing::
• Assist the government point of contact with all aspects of MPA management to include training, execution, and requirements management as prescribed by AFI 36-2619, Military Personnel Appropriation Manday Program
• Support the institutionalized, requirements-based management plan, which utilizes the POM process, where the applicable Staffs and Agencies work closely with the Combatant Commanders and Strategic Plans and Programs (HAF/A8) Staffs to identify annual MPA manday requirements. Also assist with the collection HQ USSF operational requirements, which are staffed, verified, and vetted through the Air Force Corporate Structure, based on established priorities published in the AF Annual Planning and Programming Guidance (APPG).
• Consider additional criteria such as mission impact, critical skills, active-duty manning, and level of support in weighing finalized the prioritizations.
• Assist HQ USSF with effective management and support of the MPA process.
• Communicate with operational USSF units, HQ STARCOM and HQ Air Force (HAF) counterparts.
What you'll need::
• 3-10 years’ experience related to the primary responsibilities.
• Skilled with Windows 10, the Manpower MPA Man-Day Management System (M4S), and Air Reserve Component Operational Requirements Tracker (ARCORT) systems.
• BA/BS (5+ years relevant experience may substitute for degree)
• TS/SCI Security Clearance

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
