Middle/Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are building advanced data products that help businesses solve commercial challenges using Big Data and modern analytics. We are looking for BI Analyst who will play a key role in shaping and developing these products. You will independently design analytical approaches, structure data, initiate research and directly influence commercial decisions through data-driven insights.
This role is perfect for a specialist who thrives in an analytical environment, enjoys working with complex datasets and can confidently collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:
• End-to-end development of BI dashboards and analytical automation (from concept to delivery)
• Data modeling and data mart design to support scalable BI solutions
• Validation, monitoring and automation of Data Quality processes (anomalies, consistency, methodology control)
• Conducting analytical research of product performance, marketing effectiveness and user behavior
• Translating business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable metrics
• Close collaboration with data engineers, data analysts, product managers and other cross-functional roles
• Preparing and presenting insights, recommendations and analytical narratives to stakeholders
• Driving product and process improvements through evidence-based recommendations

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in BI, Data or Product Analytics
• Strong command of SQL, including complex joins, window functions and query optimization
• Hands-on experience developing end-to-end BI solutions (Power BI / Tableau / Looker): requirements -> modeling -> dashboards -> automated refresh pipelines
• Good understanding of DWH concepts, ELT pipelines, data layers and data mart architecture
• Ability to work with business metrics, define calculation logic and clearly explain metric fluctuations
• Experience in Data Quality control: anomaly detection, validation techniques and methodological consistency
• Python skills sufficient for advanced data analysis beyond standard BI tools
• Understanding how AI/LLM technologies can enhance BI analytics (report automation, insights generation, semantic querying)
• Experience with Azure / AWS is a plus
• Ability to work independently in setting priorities, planning tasks and driving analytical initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to influence product, commercial or operational outcomes through data-driven recommendations
