Position Description:
All Saints Day School seeks an energetic, proactive, and dynamic teacher of great initiative to serve as a middle school science and math teacher. This is a full-time position; opportunities for part-time may be available.
Anticipated salary range: $68,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience, education, and additional responsibilities.
The school offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 403(b) retirement plan; paid sick leave; optional employee-funded benefits; and tuition remission for eligible employees’ children enrolled at All Saints.
Primary responsibilities:
Plan and teach Grades 6–7 science curriculum through daily instruction aligned with All Saints’ program goals and best practices in middle school teaching.
Teach one section of middle school math.
Design and deliver differentiated instruction that supports individual learning needs while advancing whole-class learning goals.
Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
Maintain accurate records of student learning, including narrative report cards and required documentation.
Communicate regularly with families about student progress and lead parent conferences as needed.
Serve as the primary classroom teacher and collaborate effectively with associate teachers or instructional support staff, as applicable.

Uphold and implement school policies and procedures related to safety, well-being, and student care.
Participate fully in school life, including grade-level events, student performances, admissions events, and key community gatherings.
Assist with coverage and supervision duties (recess, lunch, after-school programs, evening events) as needed.
Partner with the supervisor and Director of Finance, as appropriate, in planning the instructional budget.
Maintain professional growth through school-provided and self-directed professional development.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; teaching credential and/or advanced degree preferred
Three or more years of teaching experience preferred, ideally in middle school science and/or math
Ability to design and facilitate hands-on science learning in a safe classroom/lab environment
Demonstrated knowledge of child development and differentiated instruction
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom community where diverse perspectives are valued
Comfort using educational technology to support teaching and learning
Creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset
Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and required background checks
