WHY YOU’LL LOVE BEING AN INTERVENTIONIST AT KIPP

At KIPP Tulsa, we believe every student is capable of academic excellence. As an interventionist, you’ll guide students in developing essential math skills, skills that become the building blocks for their future success. You’ll celebrate breakthroughs, model perseverance, and help students build habits that last a lifetime.

Your professional insights will shape how we support learners. Whether you are developing intervention plans, analyzing student data, collaborating with teachers, or providing one-on-one instruction, you’ll have the freedom to tailor strategies that meet students where they are. And you won’t do it alone, you’ll be part of a team that shares ideas, problem-solves together, and celebrates wins.

You’ll Grow as an Instructional Leader

We’re committed to helping you grow your craft. You’ll receive regular coaching, professional development, and collaborative planning time to strengthen your ability to accelerate learning. Here, you will deepen your impact not only on individual students but also on the practices and systems that expand meaningful and equitable access to strong teaching.

You’ll Create Joyful, Lasting Impact

From witnessing a student master a skill they once feared to hearing them say, “I can do this,” your work will be filled with moments of breakthrough and joy. You’ll be part of a legacy of empowerment, helping students see increased confidence, improved academic performance, and a future full of possibilities.
