We need a recruiter to bring the best developers to the community to cover the client's needs. What you’ll be doing

Own full-cycle recruitment for developers: from sourcing and first contact to interviewing and onboarding them to the platform.

Source candidates via automated tools, job boards, social media, communities, referrals, and outbound outreach.

Run competency-based screening calls: assess English, soft skills, motivation, and high-level tech background.

Collaborate with Sales, Matching, and Customer Success to prioritise roles and quickly find suitable developers.

Build and maintain pipelines for key tech stacks instead of hiring “for one vacancy only”.

Keep candidate data and recruiting metrics up to date in our CRM and use them to improve the funnel.

Suggest and test improvements in sourcing, processes, and candidate experience.

Join team activities: digests, retrospectives, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

What we’re looking for

Advanced English, written and spoken.

2+ years in IT recruitment/tech talent acquisition, ideally with remote roles.

Solid full-cycle experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, giving feedback, closing vacancies.

Confident with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, AI tools, job boards, communities) and ATS/CRM systems.

Understanding of software development and common stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, etc.).

Comfortable with some evening hours to interview across time zones (don’t worry, it won’t be later than 8 pm Kyiv time few times a week)

Curious about people, business, and products; you like to dig deeper, not just tick boxes.

Strong, clear communication with candidates and teammates.

Proactive and organised — you manage several roles and pipelines without losing candidate experience.

Flexible mindset and readiness to adjust approaches as the market changes.

Qualifications

2+ years in IT recruitment / technical sourcing/talent acquisition (agency, product, or marketplace).

Experience in a startup / fast‑changing environment is a plus.

IT / recruitment / HR‑related certificates are a plus.
