Job Description

N-iX is looking for a detail-oriented Middle QA Engineer/Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central to ensure the quality of our financial customizations and extensions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Manual QA or Consultancy experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (Finance modules).

• Strong understanding of accounting processes, posting setups, dimensions, intercompany transactions, and permission sets.

• Experience with multi-company environments, security roles, and custom extensions.

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clear test documentation.

• English proficiency (Intermediate or higher).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual test cases, scenarios, and checklists for financial modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidation, Tax Reporting).

• Test custom N-iX extensions.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and security testing across multiple companies and business units.

• Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes in collaboration with developers and functional consultants.

• Participate in requirements review, test planning, and end-user acceptance testing.
