GR8 Tech builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead.
We deliver full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale — from seamless integrations and expert consulting to long-term operational support. Our platform powers millions of active players and drives real business growth. Call it what it is: the iGaming Platform for Champions.
With 1000+ GR8 people across locations and time zones, we don’t just ship technology — we help operators build success stories across brands, markets, and geos.
Our ambition drives us. Our people make it real.
If you’re a challenger in spirit and a champion in action — join us.
Why this role exists:
This role exists to help scale GR8 Tech’s finance function from classic reporting into a data- and AI-driven business partner.
You’ll support smarter decisions across the company by owning FP&A fundamentals while actively automating routine finance work and unlocking high-impact analytics.
What you’ll drive:
Strategy & outcomes
• Support the shift from static reporting to real-time, insight-driven FP&A.
• Improve forecast accuracy and financial transparency across business units.
• Help finance become a trusted partner, not just a control function.
Discovery & decisions
• Analyze plan–fact deviations and surface what really drives variance.
• Identify revenue, margin, and cost-efficiency trends to support business decisions.
• Run ad-hoc analyses on profitability, ROI, and new initiatives.
Delivery & execution
• Support monthly close and reporting with accurate, timely outputs.
• Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting using a target-first methodology.
• Maintain and audit financial data quality across systems.
AI & process innovation
• Act as an AI champion within Finance: test and implement AI copilots and agents.
• Automate routine variance analysis and anomaly detection.
• Help move reporting from static decks to automated dashboards and self-service models.
Business partnering
• Be the primary finance contact for selected business units (e.g. Tech, Marketing, Product).
• Explain financial performance in plain language to non-finance stakeholders.
• Help budget owners manage their budget envelopes confidently.
What makes you a GR8 fit
Must-have
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Audit (Big 4), or Analytics.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Curiosity and motivation to use AI tools to work smarter.
• Analytical mindset with healthy professional skepticism.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice-to-have
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to modern FP&A tools (Cube, Datarails, Pigment, etc.).
• Experience working with non-finance stakeholders.
• Background in tech, product, or fast-scaling environments.
Why you’ll love working here:
Benefits Cafeteria — annual budget you allocate to:
Sports • Medical • Mental health • Home office • Languages.
Work-life & support
• Paid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.
• 20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.
• Remote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.
• Team events (online/offline/offsite).
• Learning culture with internal courses + growth programs.
