Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Middle Data Analyst with advanced expertise in Power BI to join our team. As a Middle Data Analyst and Power BI Expert, you will play a critical role in gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to build predictive models and reporting systems for tracking key metrics. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical skills, and hands-on Power BI expertise to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for real-time data visualization

• Collaborate with the ML team and PO to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data metrics aligned with project objectives

• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership and the team for informed decision-making

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Expert and Data Analyst

• Experience with data visualization best practices and report design

• Expertise in database management systems (SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.) and data integration

• Solid understanding of data analytics, data mining, and statistical analysis

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics

• Microsoft Azure Services for Data Analysts (DB, Data Factory, Data Lake)

• Python

• Ability to read EDIFACT messages

• Working experience on logistics projects
