As a Midweight Creative Team, you’ll sit at the heart of that ambition, shaping ideas that move seamlessly across health, tech and B2B brands. You’ll help turn complex challenges into work that people genuinely want to participate in.​

Working across an ambitious and varied client portfolio, you’ll partner with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Social and PR to create real-world ideas that resonate.​

​

This is a role for hungry duo who thrive in a busy agency environment and know how to turn sharp thinking into beautifully crafted creative. We’re looking for an ambitious pair, comfortable navigating complexity, collaborating across disciplines, and pushing the work beyond the expected.

The Role

IDEAS​

Developing bold, culturally relevant creative concepts across health, tech and B2B briefs.​

Translating complex propositions into simple, powerful ideas that move people.​

Collaborating with strategists to ensure every execution is rooted in insight and participation.​

CRAFT​

Writing, art directing and shaping work across integrated channels, from social and content to brand platforms, stunts and 360 integrated campaigns.​

Working closely with designers and producers to bring ideas to life with precision and care.​

Presenting work clearly and confidently, building belief with both internal teams and clients. ​

COLLABORATION​

Partnering across departments to ensure creative excellence at every stage of a project.​

Contributing to a culture of curiosity, experimentation and continuous improvement.​

Supporting and inspiring junior team members, raising the bar for the work around you.

What we're looking for

A midweight creative team (Art & Copy) with solid agency experience across integrated campaigns.​

Strong conceptual thinkers with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, craft and versatility.​

Experience working across health, tech and/or B2B brands, with the ability to make complex subjects compelling.​

Natural collaborators who thrives in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment.​

Calm under pressure, proactive in approach, and hungry to push the work further.​

Above all, characters who embodies Iris’s outsider spirit, turning the unknown into opportunity and helping brands show up meaningfully in people’s lives.

Annual Leave:
