Are you a mid-level SQL / BI Query Specialist (Sigma/Tableau)?

Build a drug access platform for a fast-growing, profitable health-tech company, where your SQL and analytics work helps detect and prevent drug-access failures - so millions of insured Americans actually receive the medications their benefits promise.

We’re hiring a Mid SQL / BI Query Developer to support analytics and reporting across healthcare insurance, financial, and risk-related datasets. This is a hands-on IC role with meaningful ownership, visibility, and a clear path to senior or lead-level scope.

What You’ll Do
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics, reporting, and investigations
- Build and maintain BI queries, views, and datasets used by internal teams
- Work with insurance, financial, and risk analysis data tied to medication access
- Partner cross-functionally to translate business questions into accurate, trusted insights
- Take ownership of reporting logic and act as a go-to SQL contributor

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in SQL-heavy roles (BI, analytics, SQL dev, etc.)
- Advanced SQL
- Experience supporting BI / reporting layers
- Background in healthcare insurance, insurance, finance, or risk analysis
- Comfortable working independently with light leadership responsibility
- Remote, USA-only
