Mid-Senior Sales & Marketing Professionals

Hire Resolve is assisting Sales & Marketing organisations in hiring experienced Sales & Marketing professionals for mid–senior opportunities across the Netherlands. This is a multi-role campaign designed to attract talent across several commercial functions, including business development, key account management, sales operations/enablement, demand generation, digital/performance marketing, brand and communications, product/industry marketing, and go-to-market execution.

These opportunities suit professionals ready to lead initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and progress toward leadership pathways such as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Sales Director, Marketing Director, or Commercial Lead (depending on specialisation and scope).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives
• Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign delivery
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support acquisition, renewals, retention, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes
• Drive structured business development and account planning (role-dependent), including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
• Plan, run, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events, partnerships), tracking ROI and conversion performance
• Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, improve funnel performance, and guide decision-making
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes
• Create or improve playbooks, processes, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth
• Coach and mentor team members; support onboarding and performance development where applicable
• Maintain compliant marketing and data-handling practices aligned with applicable EU privacy expectations (e.g., GDPR), where relevant to the role

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous)
• 5–12+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing, or broader commercial roles (mid–senior level)
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, or retention)
• Working knowledge of common commercial systems (depending on specialism), such as:
• CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics
• Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua
• Analytics/reporting: GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI
• Ad platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (role-dependent)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership
• Commercial and analytical capability to interpret data, build business cases, and prioritise activity for impact
• Right to work in the Netherlands as required by the employer
