Mid/Senior Partnerships Growth Manager (Incogni)

As part of the New Partnerships Squad, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our partnership strategy across a diverse landscape, including affiliate partnerships and other performance-based marketing initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of expanding our reach and driving customer acquisition for Incogni by collaborating with a variety of new partners. This role offers the autonomy to explore innovative partnership models and hone your negotiation expertise.

If you want to::
•
Execute outbound outreach to identify, source, and cultivate relationships with key marketing partners across various channels, with a strong focus on affiliate partnerships;

Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies and business plans that align with our overall marketing objectives and focus on performance;

•
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear performance-based deliverables;

•
Collaborate closely with affiliates and other marketing partners to optimize campaign performance and drive conversions;

•
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives;

•
Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying key metrics and providing actionable insights for optimization and growth;

•
Stay informed about industry trends and identify new performance-driven partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Gross salary: 2700 - 4300 Eur/month for the Lithuanian market, 13850 - 22000 PLN/month for the Polish market. It may vary depending on your skills and experience.
