Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst (Agile) in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst (Agile), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our high-profile EU and Public Sector clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions.

As a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst you will be involved in: 

• Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and manage product backlogs, including user story creation and prioritisation
• Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder engagement and customer workshops, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and system customisation efforts
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate test case preparation and execution
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery speed
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions for high-profile EU and Public Sector clients 

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, with 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in large-scale software implementation projects for European Institutions or the Public Sector
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and Business Rules Management
• Strong ability to gather and document complex business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and coordinate user testing activities
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), User Stories definition, Story Mapping, and the use of personas and feature files (Gherkin)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Fast learning skills and quick adaptation to complex business environments
• Fluency in English
