Hire Resolve is assisting healthcare organisations in hiring experienced healthcare professionals for a range of mid–senior level opportunities across acute, outpatient, community, rehabilitation, aged care, and specialist clinical settings. This is a multi-role opportunity covering several clinical functions, including senior nursing practice, allied health service delivery, specialist patient management, and clinical/team leadership.
These roles are suited to professionals seeking broader clinical accountability and a clear pathway toward senior clinician, clinical lead, and service leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care aligned with clinical standards, scope of practice, and local policies
• Complete comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, deliver interventions, and evaluate outcomes for complex patient needs
• Provide clinical leadership within a ward, clinic, community caseload, therapy service, or multidisciplinary program (role dependent)
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to support escalation, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers in line with organisational and legal requirements
• Uphold infection prevention and control (IPC), medication safety (where applicable), and clinical risk management practices
• Contribute to clinical governance through audits, incident reporting, evidence-based practice updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support compliance with relevant Australian healthcare standards and safety obligations, including WHS requirements and quality frameworks applicable to the setting
• Supervise, mentor, and support development of junior clinicians, graduates, and students; contribute to competency development
• Participate in service improvement and change initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, experience, and efficiency
Requirements:
• Recognised professional qualification aligned to discipline (e.g., Nursing; Physiotherapy; Occupational Therapy; Speech Pathology; Medical Imaging; Pharmacy; other regulated allied health pathways)
• Current registration (or eligibility to register) with the relevant Australian regulator, commonly AHPRA (and the relevant National Board, role dependent)
• Typically 5–10+ years post-qualification clinical experience, including complex case exposure and demonstrated clinical judgement
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and IPC in regulated healthcare environments
• Familiarity with electronic clinical documentation workflows and common clinical information systems (system experience varies by employer)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
• English proficiency required (spoken and written) for clinical documentation and patient communication
• Working rights in Australia required for most roles (visa/registration pathways vary by employer and discipline)
