Mid-Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for a Mid to Senior Level Electrical Engineer who also carries Project Manager experience to support advanced MEP electrical design and project delivery in Wilton Manors, Florida. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional with 5–10 years of design experience working on residential and commercial real estate developments, including high-rise projects, gained within other MEP engineering firms. The position focuses on combining technical electrical engineering expertise with project leadership responsibilities while supporting complex building infrastructure work in Wilton Manors.

This role requires hands-on electrical system design knowledge along with the ability to guide project execution from concept planning through construction support. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative engineering environment while managing technical deliverables for high-rise residential and commercial developments in Wilton Manors. Experience using REVIT and CAD software is required to ensure accurate modeling, drafting, and design coordination across disciplines in Wilton Manors projects.

You will play a key role in driving electrical engineering solutions and managing project workflows for clients operating in Wilton Manors, FL. Primary Responsibilities

• Design and supervise electrical systems for residential, commercial, and real estate development projects in Wilton Manors.

• Coordinate electrical design activities with architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and external consultant teams.

• Ensure all electrical designs comply with NEC standards, Florida building regulations, and applicable safety codes.
• Maintain quality assurance standards across project documentation and technical calculations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related engineering discipline.
• Mid to senior-level professional experience (approximately 5–10 years) in MEP electrical design and project management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering electrical design solutions for residential and commercial real estate projects, including high-rise developments.
• Strong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD for electrical system modeling and technical drafting.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety compliance standards.
• Experience leading engineering coordination efforts across multiple project stakeholders.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Florida is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple engineering projects while maintaining schedule control and design quality.
