Why We’re Hiring This Role:
• Mid-market companies (250–1000 employees) are adopting voice automation at an accelerating pace.
• We need a quota-crushing seller who can run full-cycle deals, translate Vapi’s capabilities into clear ROI, and help turn founder-led sales into a scalable, repeatable motion.
What You’ll Do:
• 30 Day: Learn the full Vapi stack (telephony, real-time streaming, deterministic fallbacks, security/compliance) and how companies deploy production voice agents.
• 60 Day: Own discovery, lead live demos, articulate ROI to technical and business buyers, and partner with product/engineering to design pilots.
• 90 Day: Run multi-stakeholder mid-market deals end-to-end, including legal, security, and procurement.
Who You Are:
• Proven B2B SaaS seller with a track record of exceeding quota.
• Experienced closing $120k+ multi-stakeholder deals.
• Technically credible with engineering and product leaders.
• Thrives in early-stage, high-autonomy, founder-led environments (bonus if you’ve sold to developers).
